With P3D, aircraft and airports I've invested well into four figures (I daren't add it up) and if none of this can be ported into FS2020 then I'll be sticking with P3D.

I'm sticking with P3D4,going nowhere.

Spent loads and loads on FSX. M/S dropped it, luckily Steam took it on.

So M/S thanks but no thanks.

I agree Ive also spent bucket loads of money and dont like to think about it let alone even attempt to add it up,

I need to upgrade with both sim & OS so Im gonna wait and see. Other than that I think P3D even though Im leaning towards Xplane but again all the bits Ive invested in will be useless with Xplane.

i watched froogles video on the new sim and by the sounds of it if you have the internet for it you dont actually need any addon scenery, I do wonder how they will make sure all jetways work and if GSX and a few other bits will be prted over. I personally like the look but without the aircraft tere is no point switching.

The videos all look truly amazing but the A320Neo not so.  I guess it's still a work in progress but it's buggy at present.  I'd guess that the PMDG 737 NGXu will be one of the first into MSFS2020 but likely not until Q1 2021.  With the speed of FSLabs in bringing out new products I can't see them entering the market inside 12 months, but they might surprise us.

It's good that there are 4 settings Low/Medium/High/Ultra but I'm guessing that no one is going to be satisfied under High which, for a lot of people, will mean a big PC upgrade or even a new PC!  Could be expensive.

My P3D 4.5HF3 with the latest PBR textures for the FSLabs A320 is looking and performing well and I'm happy.  I need to be because I've spent 000's on add-ons!

I'm enjoying watching the many videos coming out every day by the preview team.  Mind you that idiot who does the city views combined with aerobatics makes me a bit queasy!

For those converting across to MSFS 2020 I can see the Jetva tours becoming very popular.  They'll be a great way of exploring the whole new 3d rendered world.

Very much so,but on the other hand you dont see an awfull lot from 30,000ft + .However being a VFR enthusiast Its going to be a whole lot more scenic & I can see myself doing a lot more VFR flights (not abandoning Jetva of course) unfortunatly Im working away again this week so will have no access to my PC for the launch on Tuesday, so I will have to wait until my return on Friday grrr....

You'll enjoy it for what it is Barry.  Great for sightseeing VFR.  Going to be a long time before FSLabs etc are available.  Then it will be a big PC upgrade!  Much like FSX - ahead of its time.
