Not at departure airport

Twice yesterday, at EDDB and LYTV, I tried to start Blue Sky, and both times I had an error message to the effect that I was 16 miles from the departure airport.  It allowed me to restart and to fly from my current location so it was no inconvience but I wondered what this was about?  Anyone else had this?

Yep, every time Rob.

I don't know why.i have the aerosoft one.

I am guessing it's to do with the coordinates  of the EDDB and  EDDT (Tegel)

All i do is shut the message down and press start flight again.

With the FSLabs Airbus i do not get any point deduction ,do not know what happens to other aircraft.

Thanks Andy  I did consider that at EDDB but I was puzzled by LYTV which is a tiny airport.

Whose is that Rob, Orbx?

Regarding EDDB, when i'm there next, i will look at some airport coordinates and see if a change makes any difference.

Hi Andy.  It's LYTV from Digital Design bought from Simmarket but I guess it's the same as the ORBX one now that Digital Design sell from there too.

I woudn't go to any trouble at EDDB mate.  A simple refresh of the Blue Sky interface cures it.  It just puzzled me to get the message at both airports.

I did alter co-ords but only very very slightly at EDDB,don't have Tivat yet.
