For anyone using MSFS the Fenix A320 is now available and is amazing value at just £49.99.  Compare this to FSLabs in P3D where the base package is $149.99 - a difference of around £70 for a study level aircraft.  It takes some setting up - it's not a jump in and fly aircraft but it's well worth it.  I've just got to learn how to land it now.  -587fpm is not great! wink

It looks really great in the streams I've seen.

I'm still on P3D4 for now but I reckon in a year or so I'll got to MSFS

I'm glad I made the move to MSFS.  I've still got P3D with FSL/PMDG etc but I haven't used it since last October.  The MSFS visuals are just so good that I can't go back.  The free FBW A320 is coming along well and is very flyable and now with the Fenix A320 things got considerably better.  You won't regret making the move if your PC is of a high enough spec to run it.

I definitely will.

I put a lot of cash into the P3D move with the idea of going to MSFS in another year when everything has fully stabilised.

I probably follow too many Discords where the geeks seem to be upset every day about one thing or another.  I'm always a couple of years behaind the drag curve!

I'm enjoying P3D for now

I know what you mean about the geeks Jeremy.  The whole problem has been that MSFS has been marketed as a 'game' and is available on XBox.  So all of a sudden tens of thousands of shoot 'em up gamers jumped into MSFS and scream when they can't get 200fps!  They've actually ruined a lot of flight simulation forums and FB groups.

Just got the Fenix this week and will be doing my first "official" flight today. It looks and feels incredable. The feedback from the real A320 youtube piltos is also very positive. Rob, I  agree with your point regarding the initial setup and familiariazation with the flight pad as it takes some time.  On flightsim.to they also have available the SPAD profile if you use saitek/logiteck panels and the thrustmaster throttle to make the experiance much better. (although some functions are still limited at this stage.)

I hope you enjoy your Fenix Miguel. The aircraft flies a bit different to the FBW and I'm still getting used to manual landings which are pretty heavy at the moment.  Now and again I'll be around -150fpm but more often around -400fpm!  Practice makes perfect!    The EFB is amazing with all of the options and different apps.  The EFB alone is worth £50!  If you're used to the FBW Neo then be aware that with the Fenix CEO you must maintain back pressure on the sidestick on take off or the nose will drop.
