Rob

 Hi Ian

As a start to mapping this is the very first video I ever watched about moving aorund the flight deck and mapping various views.  There have been many more since but it is a good place to start learning about getting your views set up. https://youtu.be/wTUFA33wIEM Rob

Hi Rob this is what I was talking about.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ywx6QR2eJBA

I wont delete it this time.  the start for setting up mdcu

Also In bluesky it has registration of aircraft but do I have to select one in the list or can I just leave it.

Thanks

Ian

Hi Ian.  I've no idea why the MCDU wouldn't accept the Runway and SID.  Very odd.  When you load Blue Skies the registration is unimportant but you MUST select the correct type of airframe so that the reference data for the correct airframe is used.  You seem to be using the FSLabs today so I'm assuming that you used one of the few FSLabs A320 registrations?  For Fenix use any A320-A320 and for the FBW any A32N-A320. Using the wrong type of airframe might cause FSUIPC to report incorrect data to Blue Skies and affect your score.  (This is my understanding but I might be wrong - it has been known!) smiley
